The trainer describes all the exercise for you at the beginning - One thing we really liked is that Caroline takes the time to detail each of the exercises at the beginning of the video. The instructor does the workout with you - Caroline does the entire workout from start to finish with you and at some points, she even takes a break during the set to show you that she’s human too! With heavy weights, it might be hard to get through the whole routine and Caroline shows us that it’s ok to pause if you don’t feel like you can sustain the exercise with proper form. It will also aid with other training movements and Caroline suggests training your triceps at least once per week! Your triceps make up about 2/3 of your arm muscles so developing your triceps will add shape and definition to your arms. It’s short, but effective - At only 10 minutes, you will feel the burn in your triceps. While some of the workouts do require weights or equipment, there are plenty of workouts that don’t need any equipment, making them perfect for this at home period. She has a background in running marathons & ultra marathons across the globe, Ironman & triathlons - in short, she is fit! Her YouTube channel is only 4 months old, but she’s racked up millions of views with her home workout videos.
